This book literally blew my mind in 2020, which is ironic given that it is called ‘The Mind Management Programme’. As soon as I read it, I was hungry to learn as much as I could, as quickly as possible. This was the book that kickstarted my whole personal development journey.

I spotted this book at a train station, and the title made me stop and laugh out loud. Even though I was running late, I had to stop and buy it. Have you been in a situation where you're trying to organise something and have to work within a team to get the job done? I can't believe this book was first published in 1937 and is almost 100 years old. The wisdom imparted in these chapters is as relevant today as in the 1930s. Dale Carnegie was a visionary. In those days, he carefully observed how people behaved and how they interacted with each other. He understood that if you could win friends and influence people, you would have a much easier and more successful life.
